Ideally the team organiser or coach — someone who can communicate with all parents ahead of the event. This person becomes the key point of contact and takes responsibility for coordinating the team's order on the day. We'd strongly recommend it's someone organised and present at the event.

This is a team-based ordering system — we don't take individual orders separately. Whoever registers on behalf of the team is responsible for collecting every player's order on the day. After photos are taken, players choose their preferred thumbnail number. The team organiser records each player's name and choice and hands it back with payment. It's important that the registered contact is present and prepared on the day.

In most cases, no — orders need to be placed on the day as photos are processed and printed promptly after the event. In certain circumstances we may be able to accommodate a late order, but this cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend ensuring every player's order is captured on the day to avoid disappointment.

At smaller events, photos are printed and placed in a frame for collection on the day. At busier events, frames are handed out on the day and the printed photos are sent by post shortly after.

Registering in advance helps us plan and ensures everything is ready on the day. As a thank-you, pre-registered teams receive the lower price of £13 per photo rather than the on-the-day rate of £20. It also means less stress for the organiser on the day itself.

Never. Photos are stored securely and only delivered to the parent or guardian who has placed an order. Your child's privacy is our priority at every step.
